A new life

We are considering selling our home in Belgium and then travelling through Europe full-time in a motorhome for a few years. Are there people here who have actually done this? Experiences with domicile/reference address, health insurance, taxes, costs, and what life is like after 1 to 2 years are especially welcome!!
